First and foremost, by operating and communicating with the utmost of integrity, focusing on his clients goals and consistently cementing a reputation of doing so, Pierre's primary organizational pillar has been to earn and maintain the "Trust" of his clients, key stakeholders and colleagues. There is nothing more important in business, and in relationships, than Trust. It takes a long time to earn it, yet, can be lost overnight. Pierre works hard to protect this key foundational principle of his business and ensures that he not only earns but keeps the trust of his clients.
The second organizational pillar for Pierre is to have an unwavering "Commitment" to his clients, to their needs and their goals, to excellence in service, to full and empowering communication and to a proven process which delivers success to his clients.
Finally, that third foundational pillar, "Results", is not only the critical outcome, but the primary orientation Pierre takes in his step by step approach to assisting his clients. Prior to launching his Real Estate career Pierre spent 11 years working in the corporate world as an executive at Hudson's Bay Company. Pierre entered the management training program at HBC and over the course of the following eleven years gained higher levels of experience in a variety of business disciplines.
Pierre's early success at HBC made him a face for recruitment as his story was shared by company recruiters at Canadian University Campuses. Pierre gained invaluable experience in Human Resources, Technology, Loyalty Management, Business Development, Marketing and ultimately Customer Relationship Management. Throughout his time working for, what was at the time, one of Canada's largest companies, Pierre gained numerous skills and competencies which proved to be key to his success in real estate.
Pierre graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Having focused his studies on Marketing, Finance, Statistics and Contract Law, his education provided a solid knowledge base and foundation for his post-university career.
Without having planned for a career in real estate, when the time came for Pierre to make that jump, it became apparent to him that his education together with his corporate experience were perfect preparation for a career as a Realtor.

Pierre has resided in Durham Region for almost 30 years with his wife and their various puppies. For Pierre, life is one adventure after another and he enjoys seeking out that adventure both at home and abroad with his wife and his friends. When downtime at home has been called for, cuddling with his Boxers has brought him rest and recharge before getting back out there to help his clients discover their own next adventure.
